Call for Nomination for the 2010 IEEE Guglielmo Marconi Prize Paper Award in Wireless Communications
The IEEE Guglielmo Marconi Paper Prize Award is an annual award,
sponsored by Qualcomm Incorporated, for an original paper in the field
of Wireless Communications published in IEEE Transaction on Wireless
Communications in the previous calendar year.
The Prize is a recognition Plaque along with an honorarium of up to US$1000, travel reimbursement of up to US$3000.
All Authors of an original paper in the field of Wireless Communications, published in the IEEE Transactions
on Wireless Communications in the 2009 calendar year, are eligible for the Award with the basis for judging
being originality, utility, timeliness, and clarity of presentation. There is no restriction as to IEEE
membership, nationality, race, creed, age or gender.
The award is annually presented by the IEEE Communications Society Awards Committee Chair, in the name of the
IEEE Communications Society, the IEEE Signal Processing Society, and the external sponsor of the award, at the
International Conference on Communications
Nominations for the award are now being solicited. Please send your nominations along with any support
